Diamonds
On diamonds, our suppliers never use clarity enhanced or lab treated ones so you can be rest assured all are mined and natural. Also, all diamonds are appraised by our suppliers in-house experts using latest tools which enables them to provide the most exact grading.
The diamonds are appraised by our suppliers in-house GAGTL ( Gemological Association of Gem Testing Laboratory) graduates using standard tools such as master colour stones and high power microscope which enables them to provide the most exact grading of the diamonds. These diamonds are then set by highly skilled craftsmen resulting in an absolute gorgeous piece of jewellery.
We guarantee that our diamonds are "conflict-free" by purchasing our diamonds from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolution, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our diamond suppliers.
Please Note: Some Diamond Rings are made to order which can take up to 2 weeks before shipping

Please Note we only accept Visa, MasterCard, V Pay, Solo or Jci either credit card, debit card or electron via Barclaycard epdq card payment interface. If you wish to pay via American express or diners card we suggest using paypal/Google checkout which accepts both of these cards.

Delivery Times & Charges
Your gift can be posted to you or directly to the person you choose with your personal message.
Please remember to add your personal message in the "Add Comments" box at checkout.
Orders are sent Registered post, DHL, UPS or TNT (Depending on the Item)
(Diamonds, Designer Watches etc are sent via DHL, UPS, TNT or special delivery)
Postage will be charged at £4.50(€5.44/$6.68) or if the order is over £45(€50/$67) Postage is Free.
Delivery is between 7 and 20 days
Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We guarantee a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
